PAYMENT TERMS: FOR DAY RATES, 100% PAYABLE UPFRONT

RATE VALID FOR COUNCIL RUN AND IS A SERVICE CHARGE
ONLY - EXCLUDES MUNICIPAL RETRIEVAL COSTS (E.G. Paying for certificates), 
SCANNING OF, OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF
CONVERSION OF HARDCOPY MEDIA TO DIGITAL MEDIA
